In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Due to the great volume of firearms in this auction it is impossible for us to fire live rounds thru every firearm to determine proper operation, we therefore rely on information provided by consignors on operation and/or condition that may not be able to be easily viewed. We make no warranty as to complete correct operation of any firearm.
We will be happy to respond to any questions by email or phone concerning condition and you may request additional photos. Please submit all questions by 4:00 PM on April 21, 2022. High resolution photos are available on request.
Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer as recorded by Proxibid. If there is a tie bid between the the bid placed first shall take precedence.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4:00 PM May 6, 2022, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and Proxibid will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid.
Payment
ANY BUYER WHO DOES NOT WANT THEIR CREDIT CARD CHARGED for invoices over $400.00 must contact us by noon the business day following the auction to inform us of payment type and to arrange shipping or pickup! (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). All invoices less than $400.00 will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid. There is a 4.25% surcharge for payment by credit card.
All shipping will be billed to the credit card used to register to bid. If you need to change shipping instructions other than the address on Proxibid or your FFL’s address contact us by 4:00 PM the business day following the auction to arrange shipping. If you are planning to pick up use the link to the website “SignUp Genius” in the invoice email you will receive. All pickups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through SignUp Genius. Checkout
PICK UP at Fogelsville Auction Center is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please go to the SignUp Genius link in the email you received from Proxibid to schedule your pick up. Appointments are available from April 25 through May 6, 2022. You do not need to create an account on SignUp Genius but you do need to complete all of the steps. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email you are not scheduled.
Removal
There will be a $20 per long gun and $10 per handgun packing and handling fee. Non-firearm items will also be charged a packing and handling fee. These fees are in addition to the shipping & insurance charges on all shipped lots. This will be charged to your credit card in a separate transaction from the payment of the invoice. Some items will be shipped by a third party shipper. If you have any questions on cost please contact us prior to bidding.
