Fogelsville Auction Center is located at 820 Nursery St. Fogelsville, PA 18051. Located 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia PA. Just west of Allentown, PA take exit 45B north off of I-78 onto Rt. 100 north for 2 blocks, then left at traffic light one full block and left onto Nursery St. (the street behind Cracker Barrel) (We are just 2 miles west of the Lehigh Valley Exit off of the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike - I-476) We are easily found by GPS, Google Maps or Waze.

Terms
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Due to the great volume of firearms in this auction it is impossible for us to fire live rounds thru every firearm to determine proper operation, we therefore rely on information provided by consignors on operation and/or condition that may not be able to be easily viewed. We make no warranty as to complete correct operation of any firearm.
We will be happy to respond to any questions by email or phone concerning condition and you may request additional photos. Please submit all questions by 4:00 PM on August 11, 2022. High resolution photos are available on request.
Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live online bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer as recorded by Proxibid. If there is a tie bid between the the bid placed first shall take precedence.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4:00 PM August 26, 2022, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and Proxibid will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid.
Payment
ANY BUYER WHO DOES NOT WANT THEIR CREDIT CARD ON PROXIBID CHARGED for invoices over $400 must contact us by noon the business day following the auction to inform us of payment. (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). All invoices less than $400 will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid. If this is NOT a VALID card we must be notified by email within 24 hours. There is a 3.00% surcharge for payment by credit card.
All shipping will be billed to the credit card on file on Proxibid or to the alternate card you have given us. If you need to change shipping instructions other than the address on Proxibid or your FFL’s address, contact us by 4:00 PM the business day following the auction to arrange shipping. If you are planning to pick up use the link to the website “SignUp Genius” in the invoice email you will receive. All pickups are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY through SignUp Genius. Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, wire transfer (Initiated by noon Wed. August 17) cash at pickup, money orders or cashier's check provided payment is postmarked by Wed. August 17, 2022 (Buyer pays wire transfer fees of $10.00)
6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or if you have a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Sales Tax License.
Invoices will be emailed within 6 hours of the end of the auction.
All sales are final, there shall be no refunds or returns for any reasons. There shall be no "charge backs" or refusals of payment for any reason. There shall be a $35.00 reprocessing fee for any "insufficient funds", "expired credit card" or "account closed" encountered when your credit card is processed. Verify with Proxibid.com that the card you have on file with them is current, accurate and will cover your purchases. If you need to cancel a card after you have registered for the auction, please contact us with new card information immediately.
Removal
Shipment of firearms will be made to FFL holders only. There will be a $20 per long gun and $10 per handgun packing and handling fee. Any firearm being exported has a packing fee of $30.00 per firearm plus the cost of the actual shipping fee to the exporter. Non-firearm items will also be charged a packing and handling fee. These fees are in addition to the USPS or UPS shipping & insurance charges on all shipped lots. This will be charged to your credit card in a separate transaction from the payment of the invoice. Some items may be shipped by a third-party shipper. If you have any questions on cost contact us prior to bidding.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after receipt of the FFL License for your firearm purchase to be packed and shipped. FFL License holders may email a copy of their license to info@zettauction.com or fax it to 610.395.0227. Be sure they reference your bidder number and name
