s/n LF10563, brl length 24", excellent condition, lever action. Commemorative Edition highly embellished rifle complete with original box, hang tag and paperwork. The Legendary Frontiersmen has a silver plated engraved receiver with the right side showing a settler and Native American meeting along with a brown bear, rattle snake and beaver. The left side of the receiver is engraved with a prospector on horse with mule in tow along with an eagle striking a prairie dog. The forend cap is also silver plated showing very light surface wear. The right side of the barrel at the receiver is line engraved and highlighted designating the model while the right side of the butt stock has an inletted medallion depicting a scene with a mountain man fighting a Native American. The Deluxe checkered walnut straight grip stock and forend both show almost no wear as does the factory blued metal finish. The bore shines like new with a fixed front and adjustable rear sights and a serrated hammer spur. Box does show some wear from handling. All items sold As Is per terms of the auction.
