*Winchester Model 1895 .38-72 W.C.F. rifle

s/n 24480, brl length 24.75" octagonal, good condition, lever action. Manufactured in 1899 having a bore that has nice visible rifling that appears will clean up nicely from the dirt that is present. Adjustable set screw front sight blade and adjustable rear, crescent steel rifle butt plate with walnut straight grip stock and Schnabel forend both of which show assorted scattered wear from handling most noticeable on the underside of the butt stock. Barrel shows some pitting, freckling and handling with some factory bluing still present as well as the receiver/frame. Item is part of the Mark T. Hoke Estate.
